Chef Ken Vedrinski opening new restaurant

Coming soon is a new restaurant by Ken Vedrinski, owner and executive chef of Trattoria Lucca

The new restaurant, Coda Del Pesce, is opening in the building that formerly housed Huck’s on Isle of Palms. His Facebook page says the new spot will have 70 seats with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Vedrinski is shooting for a Memorial Day weekend opening.

A great view and a chef/owner like Vedrinski sounds like a winning combination. Trattoria Lucca was a James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant in 2009, and Vedrinski was a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef in the Southeast in 2011 and 2012.
