Get a great dining deal during Charleston Restaurant Week

Take advantage of almost two weeks of dining bargains during Charleston Restaurant Week

From Sept. 4 through Sept. 15, almost 120 of Charleston’s finest restaurants are offering prix fixe menus where you can get three items for $20, $30 or $40. Eight restaurants are also offering specials for lunch.

Here’s an example: At Fat Hen in Johns Island, you can pick a salad or fried green tomatoes for your first course. Entrée choices are shrimp and grits, with peppers, onions and tasso gravy, or a butcher’s steak served with demi glace, béarnaise, pommes frites and garlic spinach. Dessert can be ordered from the menu.
