Jazz music, a gospel choir and a spread of all types of foods from about 20 of the Upcountry's best restaurants pleased a hungry crowd at Euphoria 2011’s Jazz Brunch Sunday morning.

One of the most popular events of Greenville's Euphoria, the Jazz Brunch draws a diverse crowd, including families with children who often are not too shy to dance along with the music.

Among the scrumptious dishes served were: shrimp and grits from Ruth’s Chris; crab cakes from Soby’s; red beans and rice, and chicken and andouille sausage from the Lazy Goat; grits and grillades from Grits and Groceries in Belton; and a delicious apple sausage and white corn polenta cake from Devereaux’s

The Sugar Studio offered a table full of delectable sweets: mini éclairs, mini cannolis, Death by Chocolate cake and almond raspberry cake.

The Clemson University Gospel Choir presented a couple of rousing performances during the brunch.

Also performing were jazz trumpeter Mark Rapp and trombonist Wycliffe Gordon.
