If you’ve ever been on a Carnival cruise, you’ve probably tried the popular dessert, warm chocolate melting cake.

It is the cruise line’s signature dessert, and it was on the dining room menu every night when my family and I recently went on a cruise out of Charleston.

The small cake is served in a ramekin, and when you dip in your spoon, the cake is all gooey chocolate inside. It’s served with vanilla ice cream, and it is delicious. If you love it, too, you can make it at home for a fond vacation memory.
