Located near the Savannah River, this course is a change from most area courses. Built as a Hilton Head-style links course, with mostly flat fairways and water on 11 holes, it features rare bent-grass greens and several views of downtown Augusta. Jim Fazio, brother of renowned architect Tom Fazio, is the designer. Best Hole: No. 16, a 340-yard-yard par-4 that has the remnants of an old railroad trestle along the right side and plays to a two-tiered green guarded by a bunker.
