South Carolina Welcome Centers
Our South Carolina Welcome Centers are hubs of information located along the major thoroughfares throughout the state where we are ready and willing to assist with your traveling needs. Our staff of smiling faces is ready to introduce you to the beautiful places of South Carolina.
The nationally certified travel counselors are experts who can help with itinerary planning, directions and mapping information, and we have thousands of informative brochures to aid in the discovery of the treasures of South Carolina. The centers also offer discount coupons for attractions and accommodations and will gladly make reservations for you and your party. Traffic information is readily available as well as weather information for our state. Our centers have a mail drop for your letters and provide other services such as the AT&T international language line. All of these complimentary services are offered free of charge to ensure your experience in our state is everything you dreamed it would be.

“For over 35 years, I delivered trucks full of cotton to the cotton mills around the country and when the welcome centers opened, their information was so reliable. When I quit hauling cotton, I began delivering cars for car dealerships and the center staff could always be counted on to get me right where I needed to go then too. I am pleased to see the welcome center's hospitality is still as good as I came to count on and even exceeded our expectations today!”
