Trip Planner

The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism trip planner can help you to collect information on things to see and do, like golfing, shopping, hiking & fishing, as well as events, attractions, and lodging and dining destinations, just to name a few! As you are looking at the information on a page you will notice an "Add To Trip Planner" button. Click the button to add the item of interest to your Trip Planner which can then be viewed on the web if saved, printed or emailed.

With the South Carolina Trip Planner you can:

Add an item of interest to your Trip Planner

When viewing the item of interest in the South Carolina Web Site, click "Add to Trip Planner" to add a destination to your trip. You can View or Remove items at any time.

View your Trip Plan

Click the "trip planner" link you'll find throughout much of the site to view your plan. You can make changes, save, delete, email, or print your plan from this page.

Save your Trip Plan

You can save your plan to view later. When have a Trip Plan you wish to save, go to your Trip Planner and click . Then enter your email address, a password, give your trip a name for later reference and click the "Save Trip" button.

Load a Trip Plan

To load a previously saved trip plan, go to your Trip Planner and click . Then enter the email address and password you entered when saving your trip and click the "Load Trip" button.

Email your Trip Plan

To email your trip to yourself or anyone else, go to your Trip Planner and click . Then enter the email address you wish to send your plan to and click the "Email Trip" button.
