Thousands of Japanese iris in full bloom provide a picturesque backdrop for this festival. Events include arts & crafts vendors, health fair, beauty pageant, a "Gateway to Gardening", quilt show, flower show, music and fun for the entire family! Free admission. The Iris Festival Pageant will be held May 19 at Sumter High School Auditorium.
