The Lake Marion Golf Villas, the Santee area’s premier on-course overnight accommodations for more than 20 years, has expanded its facilities. Due to overwhelming demand, 10 new Townhouses have been added in spring 2016, bringing the total number of units available for your next golf vacation stay to 34. Along with the original Villas introduced in the spring of 2006, the luxurious Townhouses are located along the fairways of Lake Marion Golf Course. These spacious units range from 1250-1500 square feet. Each Golf Townhouse features two bedrooms with four full beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, three televisions with satellite TV featuring 160 channels with HD options, complimentary WiFi service, daily towel service, outdoor patio and grilling station. As part of the new expansion, a swimming pool is being added to the complex. Already available and in demand is the Hospitality Clubhouse which includes a large gathering space with a kitchen area and flat screen TV for use by groups of 16-32, plus a smaller space for groups of less than 16. Each room features an expansive event scoreboard. Both rooms open up to one space, large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 48 people.
