Denver Downs was started as a cotton farm shortly after the Civil War and has been family operated since 1872. The farm produces beef cattle, wheat, oats, straw, corn, soybeans and hay and offers a roadside Farmers Market to purchase goodies. Fall is busy with visitors delighted by Denver Downs’ corn maze and pumpkin patch tours as well as sheep, goats, cows, chickens, and other animals that live on the farm.
