Lowcountry Pow Wow & Cultural Festival

Come celebrate the exciting cultures and traditions of the Yemassee indians and other natives who inhabited the area at various times in history. This two-day event will feature intertribal dancing in full period regalia, drumming, arts and crafts, native foods and contemporary foods. There will be Comanche Scalp Dancers, Eagle Dancers, and many other specific tribal dances. Storytellers, demonstrators, 1800s period Cherokee Campsite.
