The Spirit Of Old Beaufort Tour Center and Gift Shop

Tours begin and end at our gift shop at the corner of Charles and Bay St. A narrated tour of the east side focuses on the historic homes. The west side tour emphasis is on the churches and historic homes along Bay St. Guides are in 1800s period dress, we sing historical songs and show 1864 photos while guiding you through the Historic Landmark District. Receptive Operator services offered to tour companies. Evening "Whispers From the Grave" Lantern Tours are at 7pm Thursday thru Saturday and by special reservation. Tour includes history, ghost stories and Gullah folklore. Shop hours are M-Sa 9:30am-5:15pm. Reservations required for all tours.
