Myrtle Beach Area
Some of the most unique and flavorful dishes in the southeast can be found along the South Carolina coast, and two of the top chefs in Myrtle Beach have had a lot to do with that.
Chef James Clark, an Orangeburg native, discovered his love for the culinary arts working in Charleston-area restaurants. He graduated from New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, and has spent many years traveling and working in a wide range of fine dining restaurants around the country. And wherever he has gone, accolades have followed. Now back on the Carolina coast, he’s at the WaterScapes at Marina Inn, where diners seek out the restaurant, making special trips whether they are guests at the inn or not.
