The event, part of the resort’s monthly “Wines of the World” series, takes place on Tuesday, October 21 and begins at 6:30 p.m. with a large cheese and charcuterie selection, followed by a 7:30 p.m. seating and four-course dinner. It will feature wines from the areas of Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat.
