The restaurant's culinary team specializes in the preparation of local, grass-fed beef from Mibek Farms in Barnwell, SC. The upscale restaurant serves decadent dishes like Keegan - Filion Farm's chicken with forage mushrooms and local sugar snaps; Atlantic cod with cider glaze,root vegetables, chard, parsnip puree and cider-shallot jus; and Scottish salmon baby spinach, baby potatoes, house-cured pancetta and tangerine beurre blanc.
