Lands End Woodland River Festival

This multicultural celebration commemorates the Gullah ancestry of the people of St. Helena Island through music, storytelling, performances, dancing, arts and crafts, and food. The Lands End Woodland, one of the oldest African American land conservators, preserves the historic site of the Riverside Plantation. The River Festival has become a favorite event for families looking to soak up cultural festivities during the last days of summer. Locals and visitors from the Lowcountry and across the region will converge on the historic site of the former Riverside Plantation overlooking the intracoastal waterways of Lands End Beach for this two-day celebration.
