South Carolina Military Museum

FREE Admission! South Carolina Military Museum is dedicated to preserving the heritage of the South Carolina National Guard and honoring the memories of the men and women citizen soldiers who, for over 300 years have served South Carolina and the United States. Exhibits contain artifacts ranging from the late 17th century to today’s current Gulf War on Terror. Outside the museum building visitors may view larger vehicles and equipment that was used by the military at different periods. Museum admission is free and open to the public, though donations are appreciated. A full tour should take about an hour and a half to two. The Museum is located on the National Guard complex, so you will need a valid ID to enter.
