National Tourism Week at Blacksburg Welcome Center

We can't wait to welcome you to South Carolina Thursday, May 8th at the SC Welcome Center at Blacksburg as we celebrate National Tourism Week! As you pull into our parking area just across the state line from I-85 S from NC you will discover our grand annual celebration from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. In the past, we’ve had refreshments, baked goodies, fresh fruits, jellies and jams, pens and other trinkets, coloring books and crayons, activities such as beanbag tosses, putting greens, shag and square dancing, music, and drawings for attractions and weekend get-a-ways. And all for FREE! You will be welcomed as our guests of honor to our great state of South Carolina! Drop by and let us prove to you that South Carolina is “Just Right”.
