Bubba's BBQ and Bash

Though Bubba's is not your typical run-of-the-mill barbecue joint, the modern restaurant's barbecue is anything but typical. Our barbecue is the best in all of Spartanburg! If you're not in the mood for barbecue, we have plenty of other sandwich options. Get your barbecue piled high on a toasted bun or have a delicious cut of ribeye steak topped with swiss chesse and fried onions. All our "sammich" plates come with a choice of two sides. Choose from these delicious options: seansoned fries, BBQ slaw, green beans, macaroni pie, baked beans, potato salad, mashed potatoes, hush puppies, chips, fried okra, onion rings, or southern slaw.
