Wilma will be waiting to greet you with her Southern drawl and quick wit when you arrive at The Pink Pig, before you sit down to dig into the slow-roasted barbecue. The Pink Pig offers four homemade sauces: Original Honey Mustard, Traditional Gullah Spice, Lowcountry Fire and Sweet Vermont. Don't let the name of the latter sauce fool you, it's made right here in the South. All barbecue plates include a serving of slaw, a cup of Brunswick stew and a dinner roll. Seafood dishes are also served here with fries and hushpuppies.
