Shop with a Cop Golf Tournament

Myrtle Beach & The Grand Strand

The City of North Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Resort and Golf are collaborating on a wonderful golf tournament that will benefit the children of our community. All proceeds from the event will go towards North Myrtle Beach’s Shop with a Cop program. Shop with a Cop is a Christmas program for children in need at North Myrtle Beach Elementary. Guidance Counselors at each school choose children to receive the benefits of this program. Children are fed lunch and given a $150 Wal-Mart gift card. North Myrtle Beach police officers and volunteers help guide children on purchasing presents and necessity items, such as winter coats. Our goal is to raise enough money to provide an unforgettable Christmas for 100 children in our community. Registration forms are available at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center and Barefoot Resort and Golf. This year’s event will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 on the Dye Course at Barefoot Resort and Golf in North Myrtle Beach. Tournament fees are $65 per person/ $260 per team. Players may register individually or as a team. Tournament fee includes green fees, cart, range balls, non-alcoholic beverages, breakfast and lunch. Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, longest drive, $10,000 hole-in-one (hole #3), additional hole-in-one prizes (holes #9, #11, and #15), and top 5 teams.
