Eva’s Restaurant has been in its current location since 1952. Many of our patrons have dined here their entire lives & recall "Mrs. Eva" peeling potatoes or snapping beans from her rocking chair in the kitchen. She was also known for her scratch made desserts, particularly her apple pie. Although Eva passed away in 2011 at the age of 96, her memory is still alive in the restaurant today. Second generation cooks, trained by Eva, still work in our kitchen, her treasured plate collection still adorns our walls, and the majority of the menu items are her original scratch made recipes. While Eva's has changed hands a few times over the years, and is now owned by Ray & Whitney Easler, our hope is to honor Eva by keeping her restaurant true to its roots.
