Crouch Distilling makes a unique line of craft whiskeys. They're very conscious of every step that goes into the process of distilling--including where the left-over "spent grain" goes at the end: to their hogs! In addition to their distillery, Phil and Jessica Crouch also run the Whiskey Fed Farm, and if you come by for a tasting of their excellent stock, you can choose to buy a fresh cut of pork, too. The tasting room is open Thursday through Saturday.
