Not far from the hustle and bustle of historic Charleston, you'll find a charming beach village called Folly Beach. Locals refer to Folly as the “Edge of the World,” and upon arrival you will find a funky, fun, come-as-you-are beach town packed with great shops, restaurants and places to stay—not to mention a beautiful beach.

With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Folly River on the other, this beach town offers both stunning sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Walk on the 1,045-foot pier that reaches far out into the Atlantic and try your hand at fishing or take in one of the fishing tournaments held on the pier throughout the year.

On Folly, accommodations range from quaint cottages and modern beach houses to comfortable condominiums and a luxury hotel. So, make the trip to the “Edge of the World,” kick back and enjoy your stay on Folly Beach!
