THE HAMPTON HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST

The Hampton House was built in 1912 and has been featured in Southern Living and awarded the Walterborough Key Historic Property Award by the Historical Preservation Society. Historic Walterboro is often called the "front porch of the lowcountry" as it is in close proximity to Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head and Savannah.

The Hampton House is located just 4 miles off Interstate 95, from either Exits 53 or 57. Offered are three lovely bedrooms with interesting antiques, canapy beds, private baths, and TV. A full country breakfast is served either in the elegant dining room or pool side. Tennis is available at The Hampton House court; just steps from the house.

The Hampton House also offers "The Forde Doll & Doll House Collection;" a rare exhibit on permanent display of more than 50 dollhouses, room boxes, toy kitchens, paper dolls and antique dolls. Private tours by appointment are available to groups and clubs. Just give us a call!
