Sunrise Farm Bed & Breakfast

Sunrise Farm is a beautifully restored c. 1890 Victorian farmhouse with 10 acres of peaceful rolling hills. The Inn is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located within minutes of Clemson University, Lake Keowee and the Jocassee Gorges. Guests may choose from spacious farmhouse rooms (with private baths) or 2 private cottages. Local activities include mountain hiking to see some of the area's 25+ waterfalls, lake activities (such as boating, swimming, skiing, and fishing), whitewater rafting, antiquing, golfing, horseback riding, winery tours, and Clemson University events. Pets and children are welcome. Guests can also enjoy the Inn pets--llama pals Casey and Cisco, miniature horses Lady and Sunshine, miniature goats Priscilla and Memphis, pot belly pig Miss Penelope Pigglesworth, Suzy and Cotton the sheep, the Inn pooch Buddy, and Oreo, Ginger, Oliver, and Serena the barn kitties.

NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Free wireless internet is available.

4 rooms in the Main House - queen, twin beds, private baths, including one suite, TV/DVD. Farmhouse room prices include a full homemade breakfast.

2 stand-alone cottages, king/queen beds, full kitchens/baths, living rooms with fireplaces, TV/DVD, porch/deck, and gas grill. Cottage guests may include breakfast, or decline breakfast for discounted rate.

$105.99-$182.99/couple, $10-$15/extra person. $20/pet (with permission).

Pets are welcome in the cottages with prior approval. (There is an extra charge of $20.) Pets must be leashed when outside. Owners must take the pet with them when they leave the cottage, or put the pet in a cage or carrier when inside the cottage alone.
