On November 15-16, 2013, twenty-two competitive barbecue teams met at the St. Nicholas BBQFest in Conway, South Carolina. This cook-off, the final stop on the South Carolina Barbeque Association (SCBA) competition circuit, would ultimately decide which team would be crowned the 2013 State Champion.
