Dining options on Edisto Island will meet the tastes of everyone in your family, so make sure to plan some eat-out nights during your stay. Here are a few restaurants you'll want to hit up:

SeaCow Eatery
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this local favorite offers indoor and outdoor dining. Choose from fresh seafood, shrimp and grits, Philly cheesesteaks and burgers—and make sure to save room for Martha’s fresh-made cakes and cheesecakes.

The Waterfront Restaurant
Opened in 2001, the owners of this restaurant are Edisto locals and have a long history in the seafood industry. The menu offers oysters, pasta, sandwiches and steaks. The current location doesn’t overlook the water, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying some great, fresh seafood.

Pressley’s at the Marina
Offering indoor and outdoor dining, Pressley’s is a family-run business that is open for dinner only. In addition to its fresh seafood options and steaks, this is a great spot to enjoy a sunset.

McConkey’s Jungle Shack
With ties to the interesting history of Edisto Island itself, McConkey’s will have something to satisfy everyone in your family, from seafood to burgers to delicious salads and sandwiches.

Whaley’s Restaurant & Bar
This eatery's slogan is “Home of the ugly fish”, but its seafood offerings are pretty delicious. The menu also includes burgers and homemade chips. Live entertainment is featured on a regular basis.

Ella & Ollie’s
A seafood-driven restaurant, it offers a changing menu based on what’s available seasonally. This local favorite delivers on all counts. And now they have a taco-focused eatery next door, too!
