Blackbird in the Foothills
2 oz. Bulrush Gin
3/4 oz. Sallie's Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup
1 oz. Bittermilk No. 2
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Shake, then strain the cocktail over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh blackberries. See how it's done.
Sandhills Sunset
2 oz. Copper Horse Bold Rum
1/2 oz. Tippleman's Double Spiced Falernum Syrup
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz. pomegranate grenadine
1 shake of bitters
1 dash of cinnamon
A few drops Copper Horse Hot Vodka (optional)
Absinthe rinse

Muddle rind of an orange slice
2 oz. Calhoun's Straight Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. High Wire Southern Amaro
1/3 oz. Tippleman's Burnt Sugar Syrup
Shake of bitters
Add ice and stir. Strain the cocktail and serve over an ice sphere. Garnish with Jack Rudy bourbon cherries and orange rind. See how it's done.
