The historic Ram Cat Alley, Seneca’s lively downtown district, is the place to shop if you’re looking for local merchants offering unusual antiques, South Carolina products and one-of-a-kind goods and apparel.

The Red Door – You’ll find stylish lamps, clocks, antiques, placemats, napkins, guest towels, candles, baskets and so much more at this gift and decor shop located at 120 Ram Cat Alley. It also boasts the largest selection of Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell items.

Casual Carolina – While this business specializes in embroidery, it has its own brand of merchandise, including T-shirts, hats, totes, seasonal items, mugs and more.

Green Springs – Another Ram Cat Alley favorite, this quirky, independent gift boutique specializes in American-made products, including toys, baskets, candles, totes, soaps and nightlights, along with the work of 18 American potters and seven American glass artists.

Hochstetler’s Country Store – Looking to take home a taste of the Upstate? This family-owned and operated natural food store offers top-quality products, including whole grains, flours, granola, homemade pasta, spices, candies, meats, cheeses, locally produced raw milk and feta goat cheeses, and hard-to-find ingredients.

Heartwarmers – It may be known for its large selection of gourmet food (samples are always available) and gift baskets, but Heartwarmers also offers tons of home accessories, seasonal decorations, table accents and silk flowers. Name brands in stock include Kavu, Spartina 449, Noelle, Magnolia Home, Mud Pie and Crabtree & Evelyn. Applewood Shopping Center – For name-brand stores, check out Applewood Shopping Center across the street from Oconee Medical Center. It includes GameStop, Hobby Lobby, Hibbett Sporting Goods, RadioShack, GNC, Bath and Body Works and Cato.
